Alexander Nesterov is a historian, a researcher of political processes, university professor, a specialist in history and policy of Turkian States, of Italian history, policy and economy. He is a member of scientific councils of the journals “Scientific Dialogue” (Russia), “The Scientific Letters of Academical Society of Michal Balugiansky” (Slovakian Republic), “The Scientific Horizon” (Slovakian Republic), “Revista de Derecho Summa Iuris” (Columbia), “Azerbaycan Rus Dili ve Adabiyyati” (Azerbaijan), as wella as a member of Società Dante Alighieri (Italy), Russian Association of International Researchers (Russia), Association of European Studies (Russia), and the United Nations Association of Russia.
