Renee Hobbs

Renee Hobbs is an authority on digital and media literacy education and director of the Media Education Lab. She has authored five books and more than 150 published articles, created award-winning educational multimedia, and offered professional development programs to educators on four continents. Current interests include measurement of digital and media literacy competencies, approaches for integrating digital and media literacy into the professional development of teachers, copyright and fair use for digital learning, and teaching and learning about contemporary propaganda.
